Description: Provide comprehensive and high-quality orthopaedic care to patients across OPD, IPD, and emergency services Be available for emergency calls and urgent surgical interventions as required Promptly identify, report, and address any patient care lapses in accordance with hospital protocols Diagnose and manage complex orthopaedic conditions, including trauma and advanced surgical cases Perform complex orthopaedic surgeries with a strong focus on patient safety and clinical outcomes Deliver surgical critical care and post-operative management for orthopaedic patients Ensure proper utilization, handling, and maintenance of specialised orthopaedic equipment Carry out additional professional, clinical, and administrative duties as delegated by hospital management
