Senior Otolaryngologist (Consultant Level)

Description: Responsibilities Lead and manage the ENT department, ensuring high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and ethical practice Diagnose and treat complex ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders using advanced medical and surgical techniques Perform and supervise advanced ENT surgeries, including endoscopic, microscopic, and head & neck procedures as applicable Provide expert clinical consultations for OPD, IPD, emergency, and referral cases Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives Mentor, train, and supervise junior ENT doctors, residents, and allied healthcare staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiology, oncology, radiology, pediatrics, and critical care Ensure accurate medical documentation, informed consent, and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Participate in clinical audits, morbidity & mortality meetings, and continuous medical education (CME) activities Contribute to department growth through service development, technology adoption, and patient outreach programs Handle complex medico-legal cases with professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines Support hospital management in strategic planning, accreditation processes, and performance optimization of the ENT department
