Consultant - Obstetrics & Genecology

Description: As a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology, you will provide comprehensive and specialized care to female patients seeking gynecological and obstetric consultation. You will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of obstetric and gynecological conditions, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal periods. This role requires strong clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal maternal and women’s health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient and inpatient gynecology consultations. Diagnose and manage obstetric and gynecological conditions. Deliver antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries as required. Counsel patients on treatment plans, reproductive health, and preventive care. Collaborate with anesthetists, neonatologists, nurses, and other specialists. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical protocols and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
