Description: The ideal candidate will hold valid registration as an RN/RSCN/RM and have completed a recognised Neonatal Course (405 or equivalent), with desirable experience in neonatal or paediatric nursing and ENB 997/998. You should bring strong analytical abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and confident interpersonal skills, along with the ability to reflect on practice and work effectively within diverse, multicultural clinical environments. Strong organisational skills, assertiveness, and experience supporting staff and caring for patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds are highly valued, making you well-equipped to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality neonatal care.
