Description: The ideal candidate will hold current NMC registration and be educated to degree level, with evidence of higher-level study at Master’s level or equivalent experience. You should demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), possess a portfolio of accredited professional development, and ideally have a professional training or facilitation qualification. A Quality Improvement qualification is desirable. This role requires excellent prioritisation skills, the ability to motivate and support others, confidence in problem-solving and service development, and experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes and presentations across all staff levels, effectively integrating theory into practice to drive continuous improvement.
