Description: Conduct initial assessment, daily rounds, and pre and post-operative care of patients under supervision. Maintain accurate clinical records including history, examination, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up. Ensure pre-operative and post-operative protocols are followed. Prepare OT notes and surgical summaries. Ensure proper sterilization and instrument handling protocols are followed. Maintain documentation in EMR/HIS as per hospital protocols. Ensure adherence to NABH / hospital quality standards. Comply with infection control, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
