Description: Job Requirements We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Pharmacy and must not be a registered pharmacist. The candidate should have a minimum of years of experience in hospital pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: • Dispense medication and other medical supplies to patients in the hospital • Interpret prescription orders and ensure accuracy of medication preparation and dispensation • Maintain inventory of drugs and supplies • Ensure proper storage and handling of drugs • Advise healthcare professionals on drug usage, dosage, and interactions • Respond to patients' medication-related inquiries and concerns • Participate in medication-related quality improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records • Monitor and manage medication-related side effects and adverse reactions Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Pharmacy • Must not be a registered pharmacist • 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Knowledge of medication and medical supplies used in a hospital setting • If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing quality pharmaceutical care, we encourage you to apply for this position.
