Description: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Office Administration) is a plus. Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic computer skills and office software; experience with hospital management systems (HMS) or electronic health records (EHR) is an advantage.
