Working with Pellets Pharma, you will gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) process. As a Junior Formulation Development Associate, you will play a key role in developing formulations, ensuring that the products meet regulatory standards, and assisting senior scientists with ongoing projects. Responsibilities: • Assist in the formulation development of new pharmaceutical products at Pellets Pharma. • Conduct laboratory experiments to support product development and stability studies. • Maintain accurate documentation of all experiments and processes in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards. • Support in the preparation of formulation development reports and technical data sheets. • Collaborate with the R&D team to analyze results and improve formulation processes. • Assist in the design of experiments to develop stable and effective formulations. • Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Support in preparing samples for clinical trials or pilot production. • Assist with troubleshooting any issues in the formulation development process. • Learn and apply advanced pharmaceutical technologies and techniques under the supervision of senior scientists at Pellets Pharma. Requirements: • M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from a recognized university. • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in formulation development is not required. • Basic knowledge of formulation techniques, pharmaceutical processes, and quality control. • Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting at Pellets Pharma. • Ability to follow instructions, document processes, and work meticulously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and data analysis. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of pharmaceutical formulation development.
