Responsibilities: • Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients and provide proper instructions on usage and potential side effects. • Manage and monitor the ordering, storing, and inventory of drugs to ensure an adequate supply is maintained at all times. • Maintain accurate records of medications as per Zee Laboratories Ltd standards and regulatory requirements. • Provide guidance to patients on drug therapies, including dosage, interactions, and storage. • Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), Drug Rules, and the company's internal guidelines. • Perform regular audits to check for expired or damaged drugs and remove them from inventory. • Keep the pharmacy environment clean, well-organized, and maintain controlled temperatures for drug storage. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions and solve potential issues related to medication. • Ensure proper billing, record keeping, and reporting as per company and regulatory requirements. • Stay updated on new drugs, medical products, and healthcare services to ensure the best service for patients. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm). • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Pharmacist, ideally within a reputed organization like Zee Laboratories Ltd. • Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in India. • Strong knowledge of drug dosage, interactions, side effects, and storage requirements. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Thorough understanding of FDA rules and pharmaceutical regulations.
