Description: Patient Relation Executive (PRE) will arrange for drafted summaries, diagnostics reports, surgical clearance and coordinate with multiple departments and realize all pending works clearance, Meet Newly admitted patient family members & room orientation, take their feedback's, resolve coordinating the concerned stakeholders timely. Coordinate with Nursing for Service bookings, take slots for Diagnostics services, coordinate with transport team, pharmacist for returns, coordinate with Doctors and ensures timely case sheet writing & clearances for billing for nurses timely. Explain the patient family & orient discharge process & the probable TAT and also ensures the complete cycle is governed.
