Description: Give Psychological support to the patient and family. Ø Bed side nursing care to assigned stable patients in the ICU unit based on basic assessment and evaluating the outcomes. Ø Provide routine care for all patients admitted in ICU. Ø Make intake and output chart after monitoring the fluid and electrolyte balance. Ø Monitoring vital signs and report any deviation from normal to the concerned team leader. Ø Carry out various procedures like tracheostomy, intubation etc.
